Prof. Garlock was one of the participants in ASCE’s Legislative Fly-In, held on March 19, 2026 in Washington DC. With four other NJ participants, the group visited the offices of Senator Booker, Senator Kim, Rep. Kenan, and Rep. Watson Coleman. We met with their Legislative Assistants and advocated for ASCE’s priorities.
